Beginning of Law Decree No. 4 of 1950, which requires that teachers have a teacher certificate plus the requisite physical and spiritual health. Teachers who have a healthy spiritual are those who have faith in God (Allah swt) and his personality is reflected by the straight as well as applications in life, this will greatly affect the learning and in forming the desired personality of students.

The long journey of this nation in improving the quality of education, particularly in view of the problems of teachers and, step by steps are not easy, the birth of the Act or Regulation which tend to be time consuming not less, should be understandable, as the diversity of cultures and religions held this nation. Although not yet achieved satisfactory results, but Indonesia has managed to solve problem after problem in education. Indonesia and hope the future is not a false hope, because reform efforts continue to be made in all areas.
